This fear can also be cut down to the be a fear of pain because some people just can’t stand the feeling of pain. This does not mean that you can’t workout effectively to building muscle fast if you haven’t had your nose broken or puked in the gym a couple of times, but this does not change the fact that it is good to love the pain. It is one of your greatest mental buddies and the better you get at enduring pain, the better you will get at pushing yourself to the outermost limit of your capacity and realize your potential for quick muscle gain.
